I just turned 40 and moved to beautiful Santa Barbara. I still feel as though I’m in my 20’s but I am 40 on paper, and so far my 40’s have been incredible. I’m feeling more and more settled in SB each day. The decision to leave Sonoma and The Copper Rose’s main hub wasn’t an easy decision for me, it’s one that I went back and forth over and over. I created my dream company with The Copper Rose and the idea of not being able to be in our Showroom and work with our amazing team in person was a hard decision to make. Luckily, I was confident in my ability and my team’s ability to communicate with me remotely each day to stay on top of our events and remain connected with our clients. We live in such a digital age so it’s easy to stay connected. I talk to my team all day long, we have team meetings virtually and stay on top of all business matters by e-mail, phone, and text, it’s been an easier transition than I anticipated.
Moving to Santa Barbara creates new and exciting opportunities for The Copper Rose. Just like near our home base of Sonoma, the event scene is really exciting in SoCal and we’re so excited to be able to offer our services in SoCal as well. I’ve been able to build some wonderful connections in the Santa Barbara area since I moved and I’m really looking forward to fostering those relationships moving forward. Customer service and our client’s experience with myself and my team are extremely important to me. The passion behind The Copper Rose and the team I feel so blessed to have is what will keep the experiences our clients have remained unparalleled.
If we’ve had the pleasure of working together already, thank you and if we haven’t had the pleasure of working together just yet, I truly can’t wait. Please stay tuned for all developments with our home base in Sonoma and our new adventures in SoCal.
Warmly,
Brittany and The Copper Rose Team
