Before I started The Copper Rose, I was a proud Wedding Planner. I loved planning and designing weddings and I loved the community I worked in. The landscape in Napa and Sonoma inspired me to become an event designer in the first place. The rolling hills, luscious, green landscape is so remarkable in our valley and provided my clients with such a perfect backdrop to say I DO! Our land is hurting right now, fires are still burning, but we know we will recover from these fires like we did the last. Our community is supportive, resilient, and strong. We have amazing firefighters and first responders fighting to save our land and we’re so grateful for them.
Many event staples in our community have been destroyed, but our community is staying hopeful because we know they will rebuild. 2020 has been a whirlwind of a year. We’re living through a pandemic and fires are coming at us from all directions in Napa and Sonoma.
Many jobs have been lost and events have been canceled or postponed. We as a community need to support each other and stand by each other. We will get through this and we confident, will be stronger on the other side of this.
We’re so hopeful for our industry because we know now more than ever, we understand the importance of family and what it means to be able to celebrate in each other’s company. We know moving forward, we will never take any of it for granted again. We will be here to help our clients celebrate and we will be here to help design and curate beautiful celebrations.
We can’t wait to be part of your next celebration, it’s truly an honor.
